YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US
At HPN Worldwide, Inc. (“we” or “HPN”), we respect, care about and protect your privacy. This privacy notice (the "Privacy Notice") together with our Terms and Conditions of Use describes the personal information that we collect from you, how we share and use that personal information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Notice only applies to information we collect through HPN-owned customizable websites, applications, related software platform technology, content, functions, and support (“Service” collectively “Services”) and how that information may be used or disclosed by HPN.
We may periodically update this Privacy Notice. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this notice. We recommend that you review this Privacy Notice periodically to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, then you may not use the Services.
Your continued use of Services constitutes your agreement with this Privacy Notice and any updates.
We welcome questions or suggestions regarding this Privacy Notice, which can be shared using the options provided in the Contact Us section of this Privacy Notice.
Data Retention
We retain personal data to fulfill the legitimate business need for which the personal data is collected (such as to provide you with the Services), to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting), to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, aggregate statistics, and other operational purposes.
The criteria we use to determine how long to retain personal data include:
- The length of time for which we have an ongoing relationship with you or your Sponsor of Services and provide Services available to you (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or keep using the Services);
- Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of applicable transactions and medical records for certain periods of time before we can delete them); and
- Whether retention is advisable considering our legal position (such as for statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).
When HPN no longer has a legitimate business need to process your personal data, we follow our information governance procedures and either delete or de-identify your personal data, or archive and protect it from any further use until deletion or de-identification (anonymization) occurs.
